Role description.
Most founders we partner with arrive through an introduction. This role is that introduction.
Reliqio is the technical product partner for AI-powered B2C startups: we take a product from idea to launch and own the result, the way a technical co-founder would. The strongest fit is an early-stage founder with a validated idea, funding, and no technical team. You know these people. You're the one who spots the fit, opens the conversation, and helps turn it into a partnership.
It's a remote, flexible, commission-based role. Day to day: find opportunities in your network, in founder communities, accelerators, and investor circles; qualify whether a founder needs what we offer; make the introduction and work with our team on the proposal. You'll also feed what you hear in the market back to sales and marketing, and keep your introductions tracked in our CRM.
Qualifications.
- A strong network among startup founders, investors, accelerators, or founder communities, and the will to use it.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or affiliate work for technology or digital products.
- A clear understanding of how early-stage startups get built and what a technical co-founder brings to one.
- The judgment to qualify quickly and honestly, and to say no to a poor fit.
- A founder-to-founder communication style, in writing and in person.
- Independent and self-directed: you set your own schedule and are measured by the partnerships you open.
- Familiarity with AI products, SaaS, or B2C apps is a strong plus.
- Experience with CRM tools for tracking introductions and pipeline is a plus.
Pay and benefits.
This is a partnership, not a salaried position: you earn a commission on every engagement you help start, with terms agreed before your first introduction. Partners who work with us regularly get the same team perks:
