Padel booking redesign: from manual chat bookings to a mobile-first flow.
Brand identity and UX redesign for a padel club whose warm, thriving community was served by cold, outdated technology: legacy visuals, manual WhatsApp bookings, limited payments and a poor mobile experience. Reliqio designed a new identity rooted in the courts' own color palette, a mobile-first booking flow with payment and cancellation concepts, a community hub and a design system built to scale. A gift project, delivered as design only.
Challenge.
A thriving, warm padel community was being served by outdated, cold technology — legacy visuals, WhatsApp-based manual bookings, limited payments, poor mobile experience, and disconnected communication.
Solution.
A full visual rebrand and UX redesign: new brand identity rooted in the courts' own color palette, mobile-first booking flow redesign, modernized UI with a premium-yet-approachable aesthetic, and a design system that could scale.
Impact.
Qualitative: the community felt seen and proud. Club owners and players were thrilled with the transformation. No quantitative data on LTV, retention, conversion, CAC, or UX metrics — this was a gift project without formal KPI tracking.
